1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Anwaar Al Harmain Travel & Tours ("AHTT", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Kutchery Road, Near Meezan Bank, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, and any Travel Agent ("you", "Agent", or "User") who registers and uses our B2B Portal and associated WhatsApp Business communication services.

By creating an account on our Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not register or use our services.

2. Our Services

AHTT operates an exclusive Business-to-Business (B2B) Portal that provides registered Travel Agents access to the following services:

• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Visa Services
• Umrah Fixed Departure Packages
• Air Ticket Bookings
• Hotel Bookings
• Ground Transport Services

We also use WhatsApp Business API to send automated service notifications including booking confirmations, account approval updates, visa status alerts, and other service-related communications. These services are available exclusively to registered B2B Travel Agent partners.

3. Account Registration & WhatsApp Opt-In

To access our Portal and receive WhatsApp notifications, you must complete the account registration process. By registering an account, you:

• Confirm that you are a legally registered Travel Agent or authorized business representative
• Provide accurate and complete business information including your name, business name, email address, and WhatsApp phone number
• Explicitly consent to receive WhatsApp Business messages from AHTT on the number provided during registration
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Account registration constitutes your opt-in consent to receive WhatsApp notifications from AHTT. You may opt out at any time by contacting us (see Section 10).

4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

As a registered Travel Agent on our Portal, you agree to the following obligations:

4.1 Account Security

• You must not share your account login credentials with any other person or entity
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
• You must notify us immediately at ahttumrah@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You strictly agree NOT to:

• Copy, extract, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any content, data, packages, pricing, or information from our Portal
• Make false, fraudulent, or duplicate bookings on the Portal
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit any part of our Portal or systems
• Use our Portal for any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purpose
• Misuse the WhatsApp notification system or attempt to abuse our communication channels
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Portal's normal operation

4.3 Reselling to End Customers

As a B2B Travel Agent, you are permitted to offer and sell the travel packages and services obtained through our Portal to your own end customers. However, you may not sublicense, resell, or grant access to our Portal itself to any third party.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for services booked through our Portal are processed offline via direct bank transfer to AHTT's designated bank account. The following conditions apply:

• Payments must be completed as per the agreed terms for each booking or service
• AHTT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of non-payment or payment default
• All prices displayed on the Portal are subject to change without prior notice
• AHTT is not responsible for any bank transfer fees or charges incurred by the Agent

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All content on our Portal, including but not limited to package details, pricing, itineraries, system design, logos, and data, is the exclusive intellectual property of Anwaar Al Harmain Travel & Tours. You agree that:

• You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from our Portal without prior written consent from AHTT
• You will treat all Portal information as confidential business information
• Any unauthorized extraction or duplication of our content will be considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action

7. Account Suspension & Termination

AHTT reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Non-payment or repeated payment defaults
• Fraudulent activity including fake bookings or misrepresentation
• Unauthorized copying or extraction of Portal content
• Sharing of login credentials
• Any unethical, abusive, or unlawful conduct
• Any activity that harms the reputation or operations of AHTT

Upon termination, your access to the Portal and all associated WhatsApp communications will be immediately revoked. AHTT shall not be liable to you or any third party for any consequences resulting from such termination.

8. WhatsApp Business Communications

By registering on our Portal, you consent to receive automated WhatsApp Business messages from AHTT on +92 328 8873333. These messages include:

• Booking confirmation and status alerts
• Account approval and status notifications
• Visa processing updates
• Service and package announcements

AHTT's WhatsApp Business service is powered by Meta's WhatsApp Business API and is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

AHTT acts as a B2B intermediary platform connecting Travel Agents with travel services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AHTT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Portal or services
• AHTT is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, visa authorities, or transport companies
• Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question

10. Opting Out of WhatsApp Communications

You may opt out of receiving WhatsApp Business messages from AHTT at any time by contacting us directly:

Please note that opting out of WhatsApp communications will mean you no longer receive booking alerts and service notifications. This may affect your ability to use our Portal effectively. Opting out does not constitute account termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration or resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through arbitration.

12. Modifications to These Terms

AHTT reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website at ahttgroups.com with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Portal or WhatsApp services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend you review these Terms periodically. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Travel Agents via WhatsApp or email.
